Under his leadership, the Group has grown from a single-sector practice to a five-division enterprise with clients across Nigeria's leading financial, construction, and consumer sectors.
Robert leads the technical direction of DFT Engineering, bringing COREN-certified expertise to every project. His oversight ensures that every civil, mechanical, and electrical engagement meets international standards from design through to commissioning.
Becklin manages the financial architecture of DFT Group, from budgeting and controls to investment planning and compliance. His work gives clients, partners, and stakeholders confidence in the Group's long-term financial integrity.
Adesola is the connective tissue of DFT Group's project delivery. Managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination, she ensures that complex, multi-party projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Andy is the operational backbone of DFT Group. He manages the day-to-day processes, systems, and workflows that keep each division running at full capacity, translating strategy into structured, repeatable execution across the Group's five subsidiaries.
Olumide is the organisational anchor of DFT Group's leadership. From executive scheduling and correspondence to internal coordination and governance support, he ensures that the Group's senior leadership operates without friction, allowing attention to remain where it matters most.
