Robert leads the technical direction of DFT Engineering, bringing COREN-certified expertise to every project. His oversight ensures that every civil, mechanical, and electrical engagement meets international standards from design through to commissioning.
Becklin manages the financial architecture of DFT Group, from budgeting and controls to investment planning and compliance. Her work gives clients, partners, and stakeholders confidence in the Group's long-term financial integrity.
Adesola is the connective tissue of DFT Group's project delivery. Managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination, he ensures that complex, multi-party projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
As our Business Development Manager, Dayana Nazem is the driving force behind DFT’s strategic growth and market expansion. She specializes in identifying untapped opportunities and forging high-value partnerships that connect our core capabilities with the clients who need them most. Dayana's expertise allows us to turn complex industry challenges into collaborative, long-term solutions.
